We provide full support with preparing and submitting your request, guiding you through every stage of the process to ensure the Local Authority has all relevant information and evidence.

If your Local Authority decides not to carry out an EHC needs assessment, we can help you understand the reasons for their decision and identify the next steps available to you.

Decision Not to Issue an EHC Plan

If, following an assessment, your Local Authority decides not to issue an EHC plan, we can support you in reviewing the evidence, understanding your rights, and exploring the options available to you, including mediation and appeal routes.

Annual Review Process

We can support you through this process by reviewing recent reports, ensuring the plan accurately reflects your child's current needs, and attending the review meeting with you.

EHC Plan Draft or Notice of Amendments (NOA) Check

When a draft EHC plan or Notice of Amendments is issued, it's vital to ensure that all needs, outcomes, and provisions are correctly captured. We'll provide a detailed review and annotated feedback to help you request any necessary changes.

EHC Plan Content Appeal (SEND Tribunal) Preparation

If you are appealing the contents of an EHC plan (such as sections B, F, or I), we can assist with case preparation, ensuring your evidence and arguments are well organised for the Tribunal.

Travel time and mileage charged separately for in-person meetings.

We offer 1:1 home or online tutoring for children and young people with complex or multiple needs, including a personalised learning plan.
