If you are appealing the contents of an EHC plan (such as sections B, F, or I), we can assist with case preparation, ensuring your evidence and arguments are well organised for the Tribunal.

We offer 1:1 home or online tutoring for children and young people with complex or multiple needs, including a personalised learning plan.

School Visit Observation Reports

As a SEND Independent Advocate, I can attend your childs school to conduct an objective assessment of the school environment and provision available for children with SEND. During the environment observation visit, I will: Tour the school facilities to assess accessibility and SEND-friendly features; Observe general classroom practices and teaching approaches; Evaluate the quality and availability of specialist spaces (sensory rooms, withdrawal areas, etc.); Assess the schools inclusive practices and culture; Review displayed policies, visual supports, and environmental adaptations; Observe staff interactions and pastoral support systems; Evaluate whether the environment can realistically meet your childs specific needs Following the visit, youll receive a detailed written report documenting my observations of the schools capacity to support children with SEND, any concerns about accessibility or provision, and an assessment of whether the environment is suitable for your childs particular needs. This is particularly valuable when considering school placements, challenging naming decisions, or preparing for tribunal.

Pricing depending on: Distance/travel time to the school; Size and complexity of the school setting; Whether multiple sites need visiting This fee includes: Pre-visit consultation about your childs specific needs; The school environment observation (typically 1.5-2 hours); A comprehensive written report with suitability assessment; One follow-up consultation to discuss findings Travel expenses beyond 30 miles may be added at cost.
