Our Mission

We are dedicated to empowering families and individuals navigating the complex world of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We understand that securing the right support for a child can be overwhelming, and our mission is to stand beside you as a trusted advocate – offering clear guidance, compassionate support, and expert knowledge every step of the way.

Whether you're applying for an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), challenging a decision, or attending meetings, we’re here to make sure your voice is heard and your child’s needs are met with confidence and clarity.

Meet Kate

With over 18 years of experience in the field of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, I bring a deep and practical understanding of the challenges faced by both families and young people. As a qualified teacher, I have worked extensively across educational settings, including in my role as Deputy Head of Boarding, where I supported students not only with their educational needs but also their personal development and wellbeing.

My hands-on experience as a specialised SEND teacher has given me invaluable insight into the consistent, individualised support that children require—not just academically, but emotionally and socially. To complement this practical experience, I hold an IPSEA Level 2 qualification in SEND Law, ensuring my advocacy is grounded in both compassion and a robust understanding of the legal framework. This background has shaped a person-centred approach that informs every aspect of my work today.
